Fernwood Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Denver. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 268 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
