Content Writer - help-centre articles (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
