We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits.
