Content Writer - help-centre articles (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Meridian Banking Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
