Content Writer - help-centre articles (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Oak Legal Group is a Dallas practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
