Content Writer - help-centre articles (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
