Content Writer - help-centre articles (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
