Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Columbus design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
