We are growing our team at Bright Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
