Content Writer - help-centre articles (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Water Authority Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
