Northwind Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Colorado Springs, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge.
