Harborlight Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cleveland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
