Redstone North Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
