Content Writer - help-centre articles (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Meridian Legal Group is a Cleveland practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
