Content Writer - help-centre articles (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Works is an energy provider in Cleveland focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
