Content Writer - help-centre articles (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
