You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
