Clearpath Rook Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
