Content Writer - help-centre articles (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Chicago focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
