Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Charlotte design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
