Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Granite Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
