Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Amber Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
