Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Water Authority Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
