Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Kestrel Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Charleston plant. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
