Silverline Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Charleston serving students and families. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge.
