Content Writer - help-centre articles (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
