Content Writer - help-centre articles (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
