Nova Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Boston. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment.
