Content Writer - help-centre articles (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ember Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
