Content Writer - help-centre articles (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 788 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
