We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
