Cedar Hollow Energy Group is an energy provider in Birmingham focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
