Content Writer - help-centre articles (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Kestrel Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about paper stock. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
