Content Writer - help-centre articles (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Insurance Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
