Content Writer - help-centre articles (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Vale Press produces print and digital publications in Baltimore. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
