Content Writer - help-centre articles (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
