Content Writer - help-centre articles (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about document review. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
