Northwind Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Austin focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
