Silverline Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Austin. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about public records. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with public records.
