Content Writer - help-centre articles (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
