Content Writer - help-centre articles (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Anchorage supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
