Content Writer - help-centre articles (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Housing Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits.
