Content Writer - help-centre articles (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 390 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
