Content Writer - customer education (Seattle, WA)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a Seattle bank with about 100 employees and a focus on small businesses and first-time savers. We are hiring a full-time content writer to explain money topics clearly. What you will do • Write guides, emails and short web pages about accounts, loans and fraud. • Interview our lenders and branch staff to find the questions customers ask. • Work with compliance to keep everything accurate. What we are looking for • Three years of writing experience; finance experience is a plus. • A plain, friendly style and care for accuracy. Full-time, on site in Seattle.
