Content Writer - customer communications (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Bridge Energy is a large electricity and gas provider with more than 1,000 employees. We are hiring a part-time content writer to make our customer messages clearer. What you will do • Rewrite bills, letters and web pages so customers can understand them. • Write outage, storm and price-change notices. • Work with regulatory and legal colleagues to keep everything accurate. What we are looking for • Three years of writing experience; utilities or public-information experience is a plus. • Plain, warm and fast to draft. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Fort Worth.
