Content Writer - case studies (Toledo, OH)

Summit River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Toledo, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
