Content Writer - case studies (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quarry Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
