Summit Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
