Silverline Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
