Content Writer - case studies (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Granite Community Partners is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
